Platinum Planner and EMSTesting Technical Support

Please do not contact the customer support people at either platinumplanner.com or emstesting.com for issues that are not IT or technical support related to those specific sites.  If you are waiting for acceptance to a course or class or want a testing password, those are PERCOM issues and you must contact support at PERCOM.  (Testing passwords are located in the Orientation modules inside your coursework at percomcourses.com.)

The only things you should be contacting their customer support for would be access code or credit card payment issues to their sites, user name or password issues with their sites, or their site isn’t working correctly on your computer.  Thank you!
