COMMISSION RATES FOR EACH COURSE:
Instructor Student: $25
EMT Student: $50
AEMT Only Student: $75
Paramedic Program Student: $100
THIS FORM IS DESIGNED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE PERSON REFERRING, NOT THE POTENTIAL STUDENT!
To qualify, your referred student must:
• Include your name and contact details in the referred student’s Course Registration submission.
• Be fully enrolled and in good standing for at least 90 days, and/or have graduated.
EXCLUSIONS:
• No 3rd party payers/sponsors, either company or individual, are eligible for referral gifts. The student must be self-paid.
Gift-Cards are processed and sent out on a quarterly basis.
