This is just a reminder that your ACLS and PALS certs that are required (along with PHTLS) before you can be cleared for P2 final exam MUST be from the American Heart Association – not any other organization or company. There are tons of fraudulent AHA lookalike companies out there and some of them are so fraudulent, you just pay money and they give you a card. So we just cannot go to the steps to verify which are and which aren’t fraudulent companies and most hospital rotation sites will only accept AHA. So the easiest way to do this is go to onlineaha.org and do the classroom portions of these classes. Then that site lists where you can go to do the skills part and get your card.
