Documentation of all rotation shifts MUST be done in Platinum Planner during the shift and finished by the end of your shift, as is instructed in the Clinical Manual that is posted in your course and is also emailed to you by the Clinical Coordinator when you are cleared to schedule rotations. Part of that mandatory documentation involves YOUR evaluation of the preceptor and the site where you rotated. This also must be submitted inside Platinum Planner. That is the only way that we can correlate your evaluations with all other students for that site, and we usually send out the combined report to the sites once or twice a year. The completion of the site/preceptor evals is mandatory. Thank you.
