Rotation Site Request Issues

PERCOM does not sign or set up rotation agreements with sites for ONE or two students only and then they will not accept anyone else. There is a lot of paperwork and tracking that goes into each site as well as it involved 5 different faculty/staff members and signatures also by the Consortium Chair as well. So PLEASE make sure when you are filing out the paperwork to send to me to request a new site, that you are NOT telling the site that this is just for you because we will deny it when they say they will not allow any other students. I am sorry. It is just impossible for us to use that many man hours and documents to set up a site for just one student. Thank you.
